Water Treatment for the Australian Pacifc Liquefied Natural Gas Project (APLNG)
Scope of Works
To design, manufacture & supply the following FRP Chemical storage tanks
- 2 x 8.2KL vertical tanks | 1850mm diameter x 3050mm wall height | storing RO Permeate | constructed using vinyl ester resin corrosion barrier and isophthalic resin structural layers
- 2 x 17.2KL vertical tanks | 2500mm diameter x 3500mm wall height | storing Sodium Hypochlorite | constructed using vinyl ester resin throughout with a BPO catalyst system.
- 2 x 49.2KL vert cal tanks | 3500mm diameter x 5600mm wall height | storing Magnesium Chloride | constructed using vinyl ester resin throughout
- 2 x 49.2KL vertical tanks | 3500mm diameter x 5600mm wall height | storing Calcium Chloride | constructed using vinyl ester resin throughout
- 2 x 50KL vertical tanks | 2500mm diameter x 11200mm wall height | storing Permeate Water | constructed using vinyl ester resin corrosion barrier and isophthalic resin structural layers
- 2 x 40KL vertical tanks | 4000mm diameter x 4000mm wall height | storing Warm Water | constructed using vinyl ester resin throughout
- 6 x 49.2KL vertical tanks | 3500mm diameter x 5600mm wall height | storing Hydrochloric Acid | constructed using vinyl ester resin throughout
